Questions
What counts as a query?
Each request to a database endpoint counts as one query, whether it comes from the app or the API. Opening a gene in the app runs about six queries, one per panel. Sequence searches and agent questions have their own daily counts.
When do limits reset?
Every day at 00:00 UTC.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your queries and sequences are not used to train models, and your search history is kept in your browser rather than in your account.
Can we run BioQ inside our own network?
Yes, on the Institution plan. The engine and the agent run on your infrastructure, so sequences and questions never leave it.
Do you offer academic pricing?
Yes. Verified university, hospital and non-profit research accounts get 40% off Pro and Lab.
How do I pay?
